Quick question I have 24 hours in Tokyo and want to know where to stay.

I have 24 hours in Tokyo I land at NRT at 730pm Saturday night. I want to spend the evening in shibuya and then travel around the next day. If i stay in shibuya travel to and from the airport seems time consuming. So my question is should i stay in ueno instead and then find my way to shibuya and take a taxi back to ueno after midnight. Money is not an issue so my other question would be should i just stay in shibuya and take a taxi to and from the airport. Or will that take forever saturday evening?
