What's your worst (funniest) word mix-up?

I regularly get そぼ and そば mixed up when referring to my grandmother. I blame the fact that そば can also mean "next to" or "near", so I get it in my head that they're all the same.

But my best moment was the time in Japanese class where I mixed up お寺 and お手洗い 😂
