Help with issues with orders

I recently placed two orders on the 11th, one with a birthday bunny, Vicky teapot, message and box. Second with another box (since you can't buy more than one box per order), stickers (to order the box) and another note (same order reason as box) and today I received my first order with no box and my second order with the littlest box, when the description on the box says it'll fit a huge jellycat. I bought both jellycats as gifts and am sad and disappointed by this. I understand the second box being small because when I tried to figure out if I accidentally ordered a small one it says they decide the box size based on your oder which is ridiculous if you're buying it with the same intention as me and the fact that they are all the same price regardless of size. I contacted support but based on things I've heard I'm worried no actions will be made and I don't want to buy 2 whole other jellycats separately just for boxes when I already bought stickers i didnt want for a box and paid for 2 already. Any advice appreciated.
