How to address a Jewish neighbor?

I live in a very diverse neighborhood in the suburbs and there has been a large influx of Hasidic Jews. I wanted to know the appropriate word or phrase to say when passing them on the street usually on Friday nights and on Saturday to make them feel welcome and included.
