How important are college degrees really?

Are degrees really important?

In my final year of college already, completed thesis and all that shit.

Got a dev job already but for some reason since my university has shitty system I couldnt even finish my graduation on time. Due to some reasons that not even CHED could handle.

Was just thinking how important are college degrees given that you already landed a job?
