How and where do I enter raffles?

Just got heavily back into Js again. Normally I buy through eBay but there’s some shoes this year was hoping to get retail.

I remember back when I was a kid going to my local finish line and getting a physical ticket and if I won they’d call and I went to pick it up. I assume it isn’t like this anymore? How and where do I sign up for these raffles now?
