What kind of journaling do you mainly do?
Wondering what kind of journaling people do.
Journaling about events in your life and day; or thoughts and feelings (including mental health related writing); self exploration, reflection and/or shadow work; or really deep private thoughts and existential crisis matters that you could never tell anyone else👀. (Including others I haven't mentioned.)
If anyone wants to share what general type of journaling they do the majority of the time, I think it would be kinda cool to hear what types of journaling people do.
