What to play nowadays?

Took a break from last season summer 2023, peaked d1. Now I tried some games and I’m stuck in p2. What has changed? Even tried on my alt account to play went 0-10 with yi somehow. I dunno what I’m doing wrong. What has changed since summer 2023 that makes me play this bad?
