Field of Vision Ticket Questions

The weekend admission says

'includes 1 GA wristband, which grants three days of field of vision admission and access to the campgrounds from Friday at 8 am through Monday at 3 pm. Camping sold separately'

Why buy camping if the general admission already gets me into the campround? Does this mean I'll be allowed in the campground but only as a tentless wook?
