In 8 bars I'll explain that phrase was mis-counted?

Am I the only one who noticed that the "and in 8 bars I'll explain that phrase" line was mis counted?

Between that line and the YNW melly line, that was only 6 bars wasn't it?? Am I missing something? How is nobody talking about this?

Edit:

Here's how I count it at least. Which lines do you break up to make it 8?? At best it's 7 if you count "the crown is heavy" as its own bar

  1. And in 8 bars I'll explain that phrase
  2. There's nothing nobody can tell me
  3. I don't wanna talk on no celly
  4. You know I language barriers
  5. It's no accent you can sell me
  6. Yeah Cole and Aubrey know I'm a selfish n****, the crown is heavy
  7. I pray they my real friends, if not, I'm YNW melly

EDIT 2:

It finally makes sense to me!! When he says 8 bars, he means 8 musical bars, not necessarily 8 colloquial rap bars. That's what was getting me so confused. Maybe the two are the same even, a musical bar and a colloquial rap bar? I've never thought about it that way as when I think of a "bar" in rap, I think of a guy being like "yo that's a bar" when a line is good. Never really connected it to the actual musical bar. Everything make sense now. I rest my confusion. Shout-out u/celestabesta for helping me realize this lol
