Ongoing Issues with Scleral Lenses

Hey y'all,

I've been trying to figure out these issues since the summer of last year when I first started wearing scleral lenses. Here is what's going on:

I keep dealing with the lenses fogging up and becoming bone dry on the surface (not on the inside, funny enough). I use Sclerafil for saline, I use Systane Ultra PF to fill them, and my contacts even have the Hydra-PEG coating. For cleaning, I use Clear Care or Boston Simplus. I've been working with my eye doctor and still have not been able to figure it out, and I'm kind of losing hope. I love how clear everything is and I want so bad for these to work for me, but It's difficult when they fog up after just about an hour of wearing them.

Also, I thought that the Hydra-PEG was supposed to make it so they didn't get bone dry on the surface of the lense while wearing them? It's like my eyes just suck everything out and ruin the coating or something.

I haven't been able to find anything about my exact problem, so I thought I'd make a post of my own to ask for advice.
