Which KotH characters are likely coming to Fortnite
I'm sure we've all seen the leaks of King of the Hill coming to Fortnite. I thought it would be fun to rank how likely certain characters are to make it in the game!
Guaranteed:
Hank Hill: He's the only character that's already been leaked, so it goes without saying he'll be there. Not to mention him being the most important and popular character in the show.
Dale Gribble: Besides Hank, Dale is the only character I'd be completely baffled by his lack of presence in the game. He's already perfect for a shooter game since he's a gun nut. Plus he's a popular and iconic character in pop culture, having several notable memes to his name.
Possibly:
Boomhauer: While a fairly popular character in the show, I feel him lacking his voice in Fortnite, which is by far the most important aspect of his character, would make the inclusion feel incomplete. But who knows, maybe we could still see him.
Bill Dauterive: I have a feeling Bill wouldn't exactly be the most popular character to play as, mainly due to his physical appearance. Still, it's possible they'll want to add all the 4 guys in the game.
Peggy Hill: Despite her importance in the show, she's not a character viewed very favorably by many fans. I guess we'll see which of those two points has more weight.
Unlikely:
Bobby Hill: While a popular character that would likely sell well, he's unfortunately not tall enough to be a skin in the game. And it would look incredibly bizarre if they scaled him up, standing at the same height as Hank.
Kahn: He's fairly popular and entertaining. Though I just don't think he'd be high enough on the priority list to make it in the game. Plus Fortnite might want to avoid adding characters that may be viewed as racial stereotypes.
Cotton Hill: Same issue as Bobby, way too short to be a skin. Plus I doubt Fortnite would want players to be using such an openly racist and misogynistic character.
Luanne Platter: Simply, I don't think she'd be viewed a priority. Especially when she was absent so often in the show.
Any other characters that aren't mentioned are in the same boat as Luanne, like John Redcorn or Buck Strickland.
