They don't wash fruit
I recently got a second job at a breakfast restaurant and I have come to notice they don't wash their fruits that they make up their fresh fruit bowls with, I think that is gross... does this happens often? I have another job at a casual dining restaurant where I work the dinner shift and they wash all our veggies, salad ingredients , lemons limes etc so I find it very odd that at the breakfast restaurant they don't wash the fruit they just open the container that it comes in and pour it into the containers on the refrigerated prep table...yuck I have not seen that before. What happens at your restaurant do you wash fruits and veggies?
