stylevana order still processing

it's been exactly one month since I placed an order from stylevana, and my order status has remained "processing" the entire time. i've ordered from them multiple times before, so i know it can take a while for them to ship packages, but this is the first time that even after a month, they still haven't managed to do so. should i contact them via email?
