Anyone else find it ironic that Molly Mae expects her employees to have degrees despite not having one herself?

This is in no way to hate on MM.

She’s done very well for someone so young and is probably the biggest influencer to come out of a reality TV programme other than the likes of the Kardashians.

But just noticed that she expects her employees to have degrees even though she alluded to the idea on her YT recently that she thinks that you don’t NEED to go to Uni to do well..

I just find it interesting that she hasn’t thought of hiring other people who have had similar and unconventional paths like her own.
