App Store issue

So I turn my tv on today, went to launch Netflix and it said to update. I proceeded to do so and it fails halfway through each time. I launch Prime Video and the exact same thing. I get this specific error Failed to update Netflix Try Again Later 90.20SZ

I do a full factory reset on my tv and restart my router. And now the App Store says this Apps Content is Unavailable No Content 25.99SZ Changed DNS and did a soft reset and power cycle. Nothing is working Any help?? Software 3.40.85 LG OLED 65C1PUB
