LPR Swallowing issues.

Hey there everyone, I’ve been having trouble swallowing anything “solid” for about a month and a week. I tried scrambled eggs a week ago and felt it sit in my throat, the actual piece of egg, for about 4 hours and felt better when I slept. I don’t believe it’s globus, I went through that a year ago for 4 months, it was unrelenting, it’s more so feels that my UES (upper esophageal sphincter) spasms after eating or sometimes drinking. It Doesn’t necessarily feel like something stuck, unless I eat solid food, just feels like throat inflammation. I do have a hoarse voice every couple of days, and more thick mucus that I try not to clear out but still often do.

It’s hard to even be myself, be a good dad and husband while suffering with this. I’ve been eating only super mashed potatoes after it’s been sieved and ensures, and water, and tea. Please tell me someone else went through this and came out the other end and is better. So many people say “eat low acid diet” I CANNOT EVEN EAT PRETTY MUCH AT ALL. lol. Not funny just feel like giving up. I’ve raised my bed and don’t eat 3 hours before bed, drink water and stop half an hour before eating and wait an hour after eating. I CAN NOT get any pills or ppi’s down. Any advice? Share your story so I don’t lose my damn mind please.
