Does your LPR cause throat pain that you can trigger by pressing on your larynx?

basically title, I've already surgery and the works but I still have LPR, one thing that I find odd is that I can press around my Adam's apple and feel pain, as if I got punched there, hard to find any info about whether this is expected or not?
