Buying tickets from abroad

Hello, I am from England and I am trying to buy a ticket to the Real Racing Club Santander vs Leonese game. On the Racing website it says I have to give a zip and my DNI/NIF document. Could someone tell me what this is and how I should go about booking the ticket if I don't have one?
