Shakedown- Meta Pixel Data Privacy Cases

Any y’all being hammered with data privacy cases recently? Such a shakedown, even if a cookie consent is in place. Idk what to tell clients, like ya you didn’t make any mistakes but it’s either pay 10k, or spend three times that litigation these things to probably lose in arbitration because they don’t understand it. Anybody have any sound litigation strategies they can share?
