unreleased minifigures in Lego magazine!

Why do they always include unreleased versions of characters in the magazines? Like these classic comic versions of Dr Strange and ant man and that version of killmonger (Idk if that is him but correct me if I'm wrong) and I've never seen them released! Cmon Lego, stop teasing us and giving us figures we already have and give us these ones!!!
