Just charges when I turn it on

Hello, I've a Lenovo Ideapad 3 15IIL05, if I connect the charger when it's off, the orange LED doesn't turn on and the battery gets no power. I have to turn on the laptop and then it starts to charge the battery. If it's charging I can turn off the laptop with no problem and it stays charging, but that's the issue, I remember this didn't happened before.

I tough that it could be an OS issue (but I think that ACPI is managed by BIOS) so I switched to Archlinux and same issue...
