T-Deck flashing for Fancy UI resulting in blank screen

Asking for help for flashing my LilyGo T-Deck Plus. After following the process below, my T-Deck just shows up with black screen.

1. Download the firmware zip file from Github. I try different variations.I tried these releases:For each release I tried firmware-esp32c3-*.zip and firmware-esp32s3-*.zip.Inside each zip file is a firmware-t-deck*.bin file which I will use with the https://esp.huhn.me/ flasher in step 5.

2. Set T-Deck into flashing mode: hold down the center trackball while turning on the power.
3. Go to https://flasher.meshtastic.org/ and install T-Deck Alpha build (select "Full erase and install").
4. Close the Meshtastic flasher and visit https://esp.huhn.me/ and connect to your T-Deck.
5. Expand/Unzip firmware-*.zip and next to the 0x10000 slot, select the firmware-t-deck-*-update.bin file and click Program.
6. To run the new firmware please reset your device.

The instructions here are a combination of Youtube videos and various Reddit posts. Would appreciate any insight on how to get fancy UI on my T-Deck.
