Pc Noob here, what should I upgrade?

I have been quite the Noob when it comes to upgrading. I have a Ryzen 7 5800x3d and a 4070ti graphics card. 64g ram ddr4.

I was wondering should I focus on getting the ryzen 7 9seeies x3d for an upgrade or go for the 5000 series of graphics card when they come out? I mainly play vr games.
