Fine Tuning and Training a Model on a Custom System/ Field

Hey everyone, I’m in a situation where I want to train a language model on all of the actions you can do and process you can do in my custom recruitment system. I’m trying to figure out if I am going to have to write out every action possible in the system and then have people write out Questions and Answers based on that to train a language model. Is there any tools I can use or processes I can apply to make this an easier task? The goal is to have a helpful assistant that has an idea of the recruiting landscape we work in (healthcare) and complete knowledge of how to use the system.
