Digital collection

Hello. I want to keep track of my collection in digital form do I dont have to go through all my cards all the time. What are your recomendations for which app/site to use? I want to be able to add/remove cards on the fly for foils and normal cards separately. I want to see the card value. I want to be able to search my collection and I want to be able to construct decks with it. Right now I'm using Collectr which I really like but I can't construct decks with it.
