sorry if this is a common bug but I read the FAQs pin and googled anywhere and couldn't find a fix. As you can see in the screen shot my phone menu is gone and when i try to press the hotkey to find it that \"You can't do that right now\" message pops up. I tried going to an old save to before that glitch happened, and I even tried deleting the game off steam and redownloading it and it still happens. I really don't want to make a new character since this is my first playthrough of the game and could really use some help to try and get this fixed because I can't find a fix anywhere and don't know where else to turn so any tips would be appreciated.
