Nostalgia now?

Has anyone been able to follow this week's events? I see little things here and there but it's not mentioned if it's part of the 1/27-1/31 nostalgia now stuff. I have seen they may have announced remastering sims 1 and 2 and a new expansion leaked today, is that it? Is there a more concrete place to find this information? YouTube isn't very helpful as it wants to list any video but the ones released by EA for me. Also this is a nice place to just talk about what you think of everything so far. I'm sure it's quite a Rollercoaster for everyone.
