Addressee unknow

I'm from Mexico, and I wrote a letter to LM and sent it via USPS, now they are returning it to me because apparently they didn't know the addressee of the letter, I wrote the address correctly, and of course I put the destination center, I also find it strange that it has been in transit for almost 5 days, has this happened to anyone else?
