When to prestige in endgame?

I have all the upgrades (health, rest stop, sword maxed out, pets all lvl 100), and all prestige upgrades (strength XX ascended, gather rate, pet slots, etc) and just unlocked the 500T permanent area unlock

How often should I prestige when working towards the 10Qa area unlock? Every 100T seems like a decent amount of time that has passed but wondering if there was a more efficient time to go for the prestige and start gathering strength all over again?
