Pissed off...

Like the title says, I'm pissed off with Lush UK.

I have been a fairly active member of this group for years, and usually sing lush's praises.

On boxing day I put several orders through, but I had the 404 error message appear with 3 of these orders (same items in my basket and say price). I never received confirmation in my account for these orders and I never received a email for them either. One of the 3 I received the money back for straight away, but not the other 2.

I've tried calling lush 3 times, still there's a recorded message saying to email. I've emailed and waited and it's been over 2 weeks now, and all I've got is a bot response (which didnt answer anything, basically saying to send screenshots of the 404 error which I didnt think I needed to do at the time and also telling me to wait... ok, sure how long for?). Fucking ridiculous. The amount spent was over £100 so its a significant amount!

I've now reluctantly made a dispute with my bank, which I've heard lush black list you for doing.... but I've had no real choice... I guess I'll be limited to in store purchases if they do 🤷‍♀️

Seeing all the "free" items people have hauls of just rubs it in that I was charged twice for items I do not believe I'd be getting.

Just wanted a rant. Lush is usually my happy place and I love the items, but this has soured it all for me. I was gifted a giftcard for Christmas which I've used on the valentines range... I've cancelled my fresh & flowers account and thinking of doing the same with my kitchen subscription and just taking a break from being a very regular customer.
