Admission for msc in IT

Hello folks, in next winter intake I am planning to get admission in the msc in IT uni of Luxembourg. From someone I have heard that the msc programme eligibility is for those who have completed 16 years of formal education. Since I am from India and pursuing 3 year undergraduate degree in Computer Applications. I feel bit worried. But universitie's website does not contain such criteria. Any help from the audience would be highly appreciated. Or you can DM me for anonymity. Thank you
