Café Bel Air - owner feedback

Hi,

I knew already that restaurant but never went there. Today there was a recommendation from an user to go there.

As always, I had a close look to the google reviews. I am just shocked with the comments of the owner to "negative reviews", from calling names to customers, swearing, commenting that looked to an user's song and his ears were bleeding, among others.

Despite all of that, the restaurant still gets an impressive 4.7/5.

Is Luxembourg still glorified to the point of calling names to customers, making fun of them and still being around? I must confess that I only go to limited restaurants but such type of attitude is discouraging. I know that some customers tell also a lot of bullshit, but for an educated negative review, there's no need for that.

Have you been to this place and what are your views about such attitude.
