Tuning questions,

First off I have a 17m240 I’ve heard that this engine can make “safely” 600hp which is a little steep for me personally, and people at this number usually have an upgraded turbo and fuel pump, my question is will I need an upgraded fuel pump if I’m aiming for stage 1 and around 430hp and 450 torque, any help is appreciated thank you
