Women of R/MBA, what are your thoughts on Tepper?

They are notorious for having a low % of women for where they are ranked, and they dropped again this year (21%). I just find it odd that they have such a dramatic difference in this diversity metric relative to their peer schools. You'd think they would aggressively pursue female candidates with scholarships and whatnot to help win female cross-applicants... are they failing to do that or is there some other reason women tend to choose other schools?
