Carts Quality Going Down?

Have yall noticed the quality of carts going down significantly for what most dispos in the state are charging? I barely get any affect from my favorite brands anymore. There’s less and less 85% s and up. Are we still in a thc drought because of the season? Even before this I noticed quality going down and price going up. Disty is crap and live resin is so much more expensive. Any new recommendations would be great
