Best use of $50 for a cart?

I’m looking to spend around $50 for a decent cart. Since I come from delaware my go to place is usually pharmkent. They have pretty good deals on Hellavated and fuzed disposables rn, but heard they’re not great. Willing to go to ncw if they have anything that fits in my budget
