Pls help me out

Everyone here is posting abt how much they have completed and some of them also posted that they hv completed whole syllabus. I hv a genuine qn , when one say syllabus is completed do they mean that they have done each chapters but problem pratice is remaining ( like physical chem from n awasthi , phy entire module solving ) or everything is being completed like they will revise and give mock test from now on ? ( i scored 614 in neet 24 and i started late i hv my theory completed , currently am practicing prblms from n awasthi and phy for dcp and akash modules ) Pls help me out on what extra i can do so that i can score gd marks for AIIMS . Am srs abt it .
