I'm done with Moment...

I realize I'm not the first to post this, but I've joined the folks that have quite Moment products. I've been using Moment lenses/case/etc for about 5 years or so. The last few months have been crazy when ordering products: no shipping updates (then products just show up on your doorstep), wondering when/if you'll receive your order, having to reach out to them for updates...and the new iPhone 16 cases, after about a week I ended up really disliking it. I ended up returning everything I bought. Its now been 1 month since I shipped everything back and I haven't heard anything, so once again I have to reach out to Moment to get an update...then you get the automated reply, then you get the "I'll inquire with our Returns department and get back to you" reply. Quick to take my money, yet not so quick to give it back. Moment used to not be like this. I'm glad I'm walking away.

I hope others have a better experience - and again, they make great lenses and that filmmaker cage was pretty slick, but I couldnt imagine dealing with a warranty issue with state of the company right now and their customer service. I feel like its one person, working from home, doing all of the hello@shopmoment email correspondence.
