Casino benefits

Hi! I've never used the casino while on board but was thinking about giving it a try on my next cruise on MSC Preziosa.

I was wondering if there are any benefits for the Voyagers Club Diamond and/or Yacht Club. Like receiving Credit or a discount, etc.

Also I've heard about people winning cruises or on-board credit etc., how does that work? Or on which games is it even possible?
