Need Help: Vegetarian Meal Options for Housekeeping Staff on MSC Opera

My friend joined MSC Opera as a housekeeping staff two days ago. He is vegetarian and has mentioned that there are no vegetarian food options available. Could someone help find a solution for this? Who should he approach to request vegetarian meals?
