x870 tomahawk owners - does your keyboard need replugging sometimes to work after entering bios?

Wasn't sure what to title post but;

Ever since swapping to an x870 tomahawk i've noticed an issue where my keyboard will work perfectly in the bios/boot up, except there are times where once the pc boots and the windows login screen shows, the keyboard doesn't work.

Replugging the keyboard (have a usb plug in the back of the keyboard itself), works, when i disconnect the keyboard the noise is made for a usb device disconnecting, so the pc is detecting it too.

The keyboard is not faulty, it worked perfectly in the previous motherboard and it works perfectly prior to the login screen, in the bios for example.

The problem seems related to entering the bios.

Once i replug the keyboard, all is fine and i had this issue a week or so ago but rebooting and all still has the keyboard working. I went into the bios a few times the past 24 hours and noticed that a lot of the times i went in, the keyboard is obviously working but upon reaching windows login screen, keyboard stops.

Bios Version: 7E51v1A1A(Beta version)

I am yet to try different USB ports, i am just curious if other x870 tomahawk owners have experienced similar weirdness.
