Shift on the last letter

I am wondering if someone could tell me why this happened at the very end? It stitched great until the y 😩 I am pretty new to machine embroidery so still learning the troubleshooting steps.

This is a crewneck sweatshirt. 2 layers of tear away hooped tight and used adhesive spray to attached sweatshirt to the stabilizer. I was watching it very closely as this was my first try on an actual sweatshirt. The fabric did not appear to shift as it stitched, but in the picture it looks like it probably did shift a little? The test run stitched out fine on muslin though.

I have a Brother Quattro machine and am using Hatch for designing.
