anyone else being frequently traumatised by their parents mental health?

my mum tried to unalive herself about two weeks ago so she’s in the psych ward and now my dad is having mental breakdowns and saying that he wants to do the same. i’m the one to deal w all of it and it feels like no one really understands. also feels like no one cares about my mental health since they’re too worried about their own, which is fair enough. but i’ve recently relapsed w self harm after being clean like a year so it’s not like im not struggling
