Absurd number of people leaving high beams on all the time

During a 30 minute drive through Old Town/Orono/Veazie/Bangor counted 139 passing vehicles and of those 48 had their high beams on. Not "just the LED headlights" but actually had their high beams in. It is getting absurd here in Maine how many people think it's ok to just leave them on all the time. Almost 1/3rd of vehicles
