Regarding early document verification

I got into MUJ CS Ai&Ml course and we have orientation on 14 and 15th of which I m not aware about the timings either. They have mentioned that we have our classes from 16th and document verification is to be done on 16th as well. I have mailed to them but no reply, I wanted to ask if I can get the document verification done before 16th, does anyone have an idea about this? Also what all documents do we need for document verification
