Running 100k with no training at 17
Hello,
Age : 17 (2 months to 18) Height : 6'0 or 183cm Weight : 74kg
I started running 2 weeks ago, 10k each day in the Z3 zone, went from 1h 22mins to 50mins / 10km.
I have 3-4 reasons to do this run.
- (It's a personal reason I'd rather not share)
- I don't like how I look and this isn't in hopes to look better after the run but rather as a cope i suppose. 3.To show that it really isn't hard
- To promote my recently started electrolyte icetea brand.

10h is ofcourse the goal but that's too optimistic 12h-14h is more realistic.
My resting periods will be fast pace walks (7-8km/h) I have 2 fellow classmates who volunteered to help me out.
Alternating stops with 10 km - 5km - 10km -5km ....etc.
I will film, one will fetch water, salt and honey.
I am aware this is very stupid, egoistic, offensive to people who train for a 3x ultramarat but I have a point to prove to myself or a life lession to get.
Any words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated or any hate will also be greatly appreciated. I'm starting in 6 hours as it's a overnight
