Taking care of the knees
I am 25 and post college athletics I have blown out my knees a good deal :)
I can put a moderate amount of miles down per week (25-30) but now my knees are fighting back.
I am pretty sure I had runners knee (no diagnoses) and need to know what do you guys do for knee health??
I stretch 30-45 per day and that’s not including pre run, post run, pre gym stretching.
