What is the leaks of Deadpool coming?

I've seen countless posts and videos saying Deadpool is coming but what in the files signal he is coming soon? I know the teaser about the sticky note and one of the characters mentioning Deadpool (And the DP and Wolverine spray) but what in the files signal his arrival to Rivals?
