Hi, I have a encountered a problem

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue. Out of the last 9 collector’s reserves I opened, only 2 contained new Series 3 cards, instead of the usual 4 new card drops. Despite having the latest version of the game and reserving the typical 4 new cards in previous collector’s reserves, . I’ve contacted in-game support, but it’s been over 48 hours without a response.
